Exciting opportunity for Speech Language Pathologists to support Pre-K through K-12 students in an onsite school setting. This contract position, based in Howell, MI, offers the chance to work within a dedicated urban school district serving diverse student needs. The role focuses primarily on early childhood caseloads, providing specialized speech and language support to young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to Pre-K and K-12 students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to urban student populations
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate actively in professional development and team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License in the state of Michigan (temporary license accepted for CFYs)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Experience working with school-aged children in urban settings highly desirable
- Familiarity with resources and strategies effective for diverse and urban student populations
- Comfort with onsite work and contract duration from 11/8/25 to 6/12/26
- University transcripts required for submission with application
- Candidates with established clinical supervisors preferred if CFY

- Howell, MI school site (onsite work required)
